USA subscription terms
Pre-launch notice: these materials describe the current service. Contract terms, retention periods, processor agreements and international-transfer safeguards still require professional review and completion before live workforce use.
Business service
HiVisly is a business-to-business subscription service for construction site reporting and time records. The person subscribing must have authority to act for the customer. It is not an emergency response service, professional safety advice, legal advice or a payroll compliance system.
Plans and recurring billing
Starter includes 1 site manager and 3 active jobs; Pro includes 3 site managers and 10 active jobs; Business includes 10 site managers and 30 active jobs. Crew is unlimited. Monthly US prices are $49, $99 and $249 respectively. Annual prices are $490, $990 and $2,490, billed in advance. Sales tax is additional where applicable. Enterprise pricing requires a separate agreement.
Trial and cancellation
The initial trial lasts 14 days and requires a payment card. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically and the card is charged the price shown at checkout plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew for the same billing interval until canceled. Use Manage billing to cancel or contact the service owner if you cannot access it. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Any refund entitlement required by applicable law is preserved. A repeat subscription does not receive another introductory trial.
Workforce records and recording
The customer is responsible for lawful workplace notices, appropriate permissions and applicable recording-consent requirements, including for bystanders. Configure selfie and location features only where necessary. Do not upload unlawful content or use reports to discriminate. Uploaded photos and signatures are not facial recognition or voiceprint authentication. Any future biometric identification would require a separate legal assessment and notices. State privacy, employment, biometric and recording laws may impose additional obligations.
AI and record approval
AI assists with photo categorization, delivery extraction and English report drafting. Outputs can contain errors. An authorized person must check quantities, translations, safety statements and time records before relying on them. HiVisly does not make employment decisions for the customer.
Access and termination
Overdue accounts display a billing warning. Canceled companies are read-only and can resubscribe. The customer remains responsible for saving required business records. Contact the service owner to arrange available exports, data-access requests or deletion; no automatic deletion deadline or backup deletion guarantee is stated here.
Rights and disputes
The customer retains rights in its uploaded content and permits processing necessary to provide the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory privacy rights. Contact the service owner first to raise a dispute. Jurisdiction-specific contract provisions require qualified review before launch.
