UK subscription terms

Pre-launch notice: these materials describe the current service. Contract terms, retention periods, processor agreements and international-transfer safeguards still require professional review and completion before live workforce use.

Business service

HiVisly is intended for businesses and authorized workforce users, not consumer subscriptions. The subscriber must be authorized to act for the business. Site reports and safety records do not replace statutory duties, competent professional judgment, emergency reporting or payroll review.

Prices and renewal

Starter includes 1 site manager and 3 active jobs; Pro includes 3 site managers and 10 active jobs; Business includes 10 site managers and 30 active jobs. Crew is unlimited. UK monthly prices are £39, £79 and £199. Annual prices are £390, £790 and £1,990, billed in advance. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Enterprise requires a separate agreement. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled.

14-day trial and cancellation

A payment card is required for the initial 14-day trial. Unless canceled before it ends, the card will be charged the selected price and applicable tax shown at checkout. Cancel through Manage billing or contact the service owner if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Statutory refund or cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected. Resubscribing does not restart the introductory trial.

UK workforce monitoring

The employer/customer must identify an appropriate lawful basis, give workers advance privacy information, assess necessity and proportionality, and consider a data protection impact assessment for high-risk monitoring. Employment consent should not be assumed freely given. Selfies, location, audio, signatures and incident descriptions must be limited to appropriate purposes. Do not upload unnecessary health information or other special-category data.

Data roles and processor arrangements

For workforce content processed on the customer’s instructions, the customer generally acts as controller and HiVisly as processor. HiVisly separately determines processing needed for its own account administration and security. An Article 28-compliant processing agreement, documented subprocessor arrangements, and applicable international-transfer safeguards must be agreed and verified before production workforce data is processed. This summary alone is not a completed data processing agreement.

AI, service access and records

AI drafts and extracts information; it may be inaccurate and requires human review, especially before safety, payroll or employment decisions. Overdue accounts show a billing warning and canceled accounts become read-only. Customers should export legally required records and contact the service owner about data return or deletion.

Mandatory rights

Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable data protection rights. No fixed liability cap, arbitration agreement or waiver of mandatory employment rights is imposed by this notice. Governing-law and contract provisions require qualified review before launch.
